1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a session or creating an account with letsGrow Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services
letsGrow Coaching provides personal development, life coaching, youth mentoring, and family support sessions. Our services are provided for personal growth and skill development purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial planning. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
3. Booking & cancellation
Sessions must be booked through our platform and are subject to coach availability. You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be charged in full or forfeited, at our discretion. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness or exceptional circumstances; you will receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling in such cases.
4. Payment
Prepaid sessions must be paid in full before the session takes place. Prepaid sessions are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking, except where we cancel. Postpaid sessions are due within 7 days of the session date. Overdue balances may result in suspension of future bookings. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to attend sessions you have booked, or to cancel with adequate notice as described above. You agree to communicate respectfully with your coach at all times. You agree to provide honest and accurate information to support your coaching engagement. You understand that the effectiveness of coaching depends in large part on your own commitment and effort.
6. Coach responsibilities
Your coach will maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of your sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a credible risk of harm to you or others. Your coach will approach each session prepared, punctual, and professional. If your coach determines that coaching is not the appropriate support for your needs, they will advise you and, where possible, provide a referral.
7. Intellectual property
All materials provided during coaching sessions — including worksheets, frameworks, exercises, and written resources — are the intellectual property of letsGrow Coaching. You may use these materials for your own personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, letsGrow Coaching and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with 7 days written notice. If you terminate, you will be refunded for any prepaid sessions that have not yet taken place (minus any applicable cancellation fees). We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward staff, or attempt to misuse our platform.
